We will be closed on Wednesday the 11th December. All staff will be unavailable, as we are enjoying our Christmas party. Orders placed on this day will be shipped the following day. Please note that inquiries and calls will not be answered on the 11th, so feel free to reach out on the next working day for any assistance.

Last Chance for Christmas Delivery
The final day to place an order for delivery via our DHL service is Monday, 23rd December 2024, to ensure it arrives in time for Christmas on the 24th. However, we strongly recommend not leaving it until the last minute—just in case of unexpected delays!
To guarantee your order is processed by our warehouse team, please place your order before 12pm on this day.
Our office will close at 12pm on 24th December, and during the Christmas break:
- No emails, calls, or orders will be processed.
- Our hardworking team will be taking a well-deserved rest with their families.
We’ll return on 2nd January 2025, resuming normal operations. Please note there may be a backlog of orders, so some shipments may take a few extra days to process.
Extended Returns for Christmas 2024
We want your Christmas shopping to be hassle-free!
- Orders placed from 1st December 2024 to 24th December 2024 can be returned until 10th January 2025 for free.
- After 10th January, returns will revert to our standard returns policy and the usual refund process will apply.
