At Simply Hammocks we want you to be 100% happy which is why we offer a simple 14 day returns policy. Plenty of time for you to decide if you like your new hammock. Occasionally hammocks are purchased as gifts so if you need longer than 14 days please drop us an email and we will happily oblige.
In the event that you do decide to return an item all you need to do is contact us on 01748 471 299 and we'll guide you through the process.
A few rules
★ If we delivered the wrong item or it arrived damaged then we will pay for the return delivery costs.
★ If you have changed your mind then you are responsible for returning the item to us, at your own cost. (if you ordered items belonging to separate warehouses (i.e. Hamaca / Amazonas) and you are returning all products, your chosen courier is likely to charge you additional costs for separate parcels)
★ Goods returned must be insured to cover the total value in case they are lost or stolen.
★ A completed returns form (we provide this) must be included with your return.
★ In exceptional cases we reserve the right to charge a 5% restocking fee.
★ Goods must be returned in their original packaging and in a saleable condition.
