At Simply Hammocks we want you to be 100% happy which is why we offer a simple 14 day returns policy (click here for more essential details). Plenty of time for you to decide if you like your new hammock. Occasionally hammocks are purchased as gifts so if you need longer than 14 days please drop us an email and we will happily oblige. We would love to be able to, but return costs must be covered by you unless we have made a mistake or an unlikely fault has occurred.
In the event that you do decide to return an item all you need to do is contact us on 01748 471 299 or email email@example.com and we'll guide you through the process.
A few rules
★ Goods must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
★ You must inform us within 24 hours of delivery if the item is damaged or incorrect.
★ If the packaging looks damaged, please sign for it AS DAMAGED with our courier even refuse delivery if you feel the damage is excessive.
★ Products must be returned in their original packaging - pristine, unused, unwashed and with tags.
★ We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee in exceptional circumstances.
★ You are responsible for insuring your returned item for its full cost.
★ We will cover the cost of any returns if it is our fault (section 9).
★ We only offer refunds onto the original payment method used to make the order.

'Tis the season of joy, and at Simply Hammocks, we want to ensure your holiday happiness. That's why we've extended our r eturn period just for you! Any purchases made from November 1st to December 25th can be returned until January 31st.
