At Simply Hammocks, we offer Free Express Delivery on all UK orders, with no minimum spend. Whether you’re ordering a large hammock or a small fixing, you’ll enjoy this service at no extra cost.
- Speedy Delivery: 97% of orders arrive the next working day if placed before 12:00.
- Slight Delays: The remaining 3% usually arrive within 2 working days.

Pre-Order Items
If a product is out of stock, you can Pre-Order and wait for new stock to arrive at our North Yorkshire warehouse. Check the Pre-Order button for up-to-date information on lead times. This option allows you to avoid extra shipping costs while enjoying free delivery once the item is back in stock.

Order on Demand from Germany
When we are out of stock in the UK, we understand that some customers love and need specific items urgently. That’s why we offer an Order on Demand service from our Germany base:
- Quick Access to Your Favourite Products: Avoid waiting by having items shipped directly from Germany.
- Additional Shipping Costs: Be aware that shipping from Germany is more expensive than our UK rates.
- Pre-Order to Save: If you’re happy to wait, pre-ordering allows you to avoid the extra cost. Once back in stock, your item will ship at our standard UK rates—often with free delivery!

Delivery FAQ's
Scottish Highlands, Non-UK Mainland, and Channel Islands
A delivery surcharge may apply to these areas. Please contact us for a quotation if you’re ordering from outside mainland UK.
Can I Allocate a Delivery Slot?
Unfortunately, we cannot allocate specific delivery slots. If no one is available to receive the delivery, the courier will leave a note so you can arrange a new delivery date. You may also leave a note for the courier to leave your parcel in a safe location, but this is at your own risk.
Damages and Accepting Your Delivery
Check Before Signing: Before accepting and signing for your delivery, inspect the items carefully. If any damage is suspected, note this when signing.
Report Damages Quickly: Notify us within 24 hours of receiving damaged items. Please include photographs as evidence to help us resolve the issue promptly.
