Description
What we say.. Modern, sculptural, and beautifully crafted – the Globo Single stand is the perfect complement to our iconic egg-shaped hanging chairs. AMAZONAS gives a two-year guarantee from purchase date for all Globo wood products.
The Modern Complement to Globo Egg Chairs
The Globo Single Egg Chair Stand is a handcrafted wooden frame designed specifically for the AMAZONAS Globo Single hanging chairs. This distinctive stand allows you to enjoy your egg chair at any location – indoors or outdoors – without needing trees, ceilings, or wall fixings.
Handcrafted in Poland from FSC™-certified weatherproof spruce, the Globo stand combines modern design with exceptional build quality. The sculptural form perfectly complements the iconic spherical shape of the Globo chair, creating a stunning focal point in any space.
Premium Craftsmanship & Weather Resistance
Every Globo stand is made from FSC™-certified spruce sourced from sustainable European forests. The wood undergoes an immersion bath treatment that provides weather resistance and gives it the characteristic green/olive hue, protecting against weathering, insects, and fungi. Top-quality layer bonding ensures extreme stability and safety, supporting up to 120 kg.
All fittings and screws are made from stainless galvanised metal for long-lasting durability, making this stand perfect for year-round outdoor use or as a striking indoor statement piece.

Let customers speak for us
This was my first hammock. And I am still using and abusing it 😂
It’s super strong, light weight. It’s survived heigh winds, accidental 50°c washing machine adventure, and it’s provided me some epic moments in the wild and wonderful.
A must have!!
Very pleased with my purchase, it arrived next day, and was put to immediate use.nice material and well made.
Our 2nd hammock after 20 years ( the first was identical and we loved it so much we just wanted the same again) . Very sturdy and a relaxing place to chill out. Perfect
This is our second one of these. The first lasted four years and would have lived longer had we treated it better and not left it out in all sorts of weather when we weren’t using it. At that time we also bought the frame, which is still going strong having had a rub down and some varnish.
Ordering on the website was a breeze and the folks were wonderful in communicating each step of progress after they received the order.
Quick delivery and in perfect condition. Here’s to at least another four years of use.
Thoroughly recommended.
The chair, stand, and pillows are quality items (not to mention really beautiful). There was some confusion with shipping the three items, but customer service was easy to work with and corrected the issue quickly and professionally. Excellent purchase and great company to do business with!
